KHALILI BIN BUYONG

Mr. Khalili holds a Certificate in Business Studies from Polytechnic Ungku Omar, Ipoh in 1983 and a Degree in Economics from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1990.
He started his career in Bank Negara Malaysia (“BNM”) under the Supervision Department in 1990, where he led and participated in the examination of commercial banks and financial institutions. In 2005, he was assigned to the Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia where he was involved in setting up the Supervision Department. He has developed the examination manual and supervision framework for cooperatives and cooperative banks and led the team in the review of major cooperatives including Koperasi Bank Persatuan, Koperasi Pegawai-Pegawai Melayu Malaysia Berhad, and Koperasi Polis.
In 2009, Mr. Khalili was served under the Internal Audit Department of BNM where he was involved in transforming the department into a risk-based internal audit function. In 2012, he served in the Money Services Business Department of BNM, where he was involved in overseeing the relicensing of money changers and remittance operators under the new Money Services Business Act 2011.
In 2015, he served as the Chief Risk Officer at Co-op Bank Pertama where he has set up the Risk Management Department, implemented the risk governance framework, and regularly reported to the Board Risk Committee.
Currently, Mr. Khalili serves as Director of Risk Management & Compliance of Rakyat Trustee Malaysia Berhad and as a board member of Koperasi Maal Mizani Negeri Selangor Berhad.
Ong Yee Chee

Yee Chee’s areas of focus are equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and commercial matters. She is actively involved in initial public offerings, post- IPO regulatory compliance work, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, takeovers, private equity funds, application of tax exemptions and other corporate restructurings. She has also advised several listed issuers on HKEX in respect of their open offers and rights issues to Malaysian shareholders.
Yee Chee regularly advises on a wide range of cross-border and domestic transactions. She has successfully listed, among others, Malaysian companies on the HKEX Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market (GEM). Her clients span the Asia Pacific region – including Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, mainland China, Singapore and the Philippines.
Chan Choon Ming
Director
Choon Ming focuses her areas of practice on equity capital markets and other corporate and commercial matters. She has been involved in initial public offerings on Bursa Malaysia, HKEX and SGX, public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings for startups and SMEs, and drafting of various commercial contracts for a broad spectrum of industries.
