Previously, he worked as an Insurance Agent with Hong Leong Assurance Berhad and as Progress Controller at Hap Seng Star (Mercedes-Benz), where he coordinated workshop operations and managed workflow scheduling. He also gained experience in manufacturing and customer service roles in Singapore, supporting production operations, process coordination, and team management.

He brings practical experience in site operations, team coordination, and production management, with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and smooth operational execution.

(b) TIU WAN QIN, Malaysian

Ms. Tiu is an operations and human resources professional with experience in executive support, organizational management, and employee development. She is currently Director Assistant at Xin Yuan Mining Sdn. Bhd., where she supports the board of directors in overseeing daily operations, managing staffing responsibilities, and ensuring smooth workflow across the organization.

Previously, she served as Assistant Operations Manager at Tropicana Aquarium, where she led a team to ensure smooth operations, resolves customer concerns, and manages workforce scheduling. She also gained human resources experience at Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd., supporting employee onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives.

Ms. Tiu holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from HELP University, Malaysia.

She specializes in operations management, change management, and employee development, with expertise in team leadership, workflow management, and staff coordination.

The Fund’s primary focus will be on the economies of data centre servers, including but not limited to hardware infrastructure, energy supply, real estate, and hosting services. For example, the Fund will seek to generate a stable yield through the financial leasing of fixed assets such as graphics processing unit (GPU) servers to investee companies. Upon maturity of each financial lease, the lessee will be required to redeem the lease in full, thereby realising the principal and agreed return to the Fund.

The Fund may also invest in complementary sectors and related infrastructure that support the growth, efficiency, and sustainability of the data centre industry.

(a) PEI SAI TENG, Singaporean

Mr. Pei is the Co-founder and Investment Director of XEQ Capital Private Limited, where he serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He leads the formulation of investment strategies for all funds under the XEQ Global Alternatives VCC, oversees day-to-day operations, and engages directly with legal, audit, and administrative counterparts, as well as presenting fund performance to investors.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Banking and Finance from the University of London and a Diploma in Banking and Financial Services from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.

Mr. Pei brings over a decade of experience in investment management. His previous career includes Investment Manager at SG Alliance, where he established the investment business, developed model portfolios, and produced market insights; Investment Analyst (Tactical Asset Allocation) at AIA Singapore Pte Ltd, where he oversee the migration of internal portfolios to UCITS structures and implemented investment governance frameworks; and earlier analytical positions at Phillip Securities Research, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, and Benefit Capital (a family office).

(b) CAI ZHENHONG, Singaporean

Mr. Cai is the Managing Director and Co-founder of Dune Technologies Pte. Ltd., Singapore, where he oversees new business and client acquisitions, day-to-day operations, staff management, and collaborations with industry leaders for business expansion. He is also the Managing Director and Co-founder of Gustech Ventures Pte. Ltd., Singapore, where he is working with cross-border companies on data centre projects and providing holistic, cost-efficient solutions for AI data centres.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of London.

Prior to his current roles, he served as Director of Sales at Manulife Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd., where he was a multiple award-winning adviser and certified estate planning practitioner. He also held relationship manager positions at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC), managing extensive client portfolios and delivering holistic wealth solutions.

Mr. Cai specialises in developing efficient, scalable frameworks for business growth, with expertise spanning wealth management, business development, cross-border collaborations, and AI/data centre solutions.

Mr. Chang is the Director of Streamline Consultancy Sdn. Bhd., where he leads the accounting firm in managing a portfolio of more than 50 corporate clients. Under his leadership, the company is guided by the vision to become Malaysia’s first-choice accounting firm for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and pre-IPO businesses, with a mission to prepare at least three businesses for M&A or pre-IPO within the next five years.

A distinguished achiever, Mr. Chang graduated from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) program at the age of 20, passing all papers in a single attempt.

Before establishing Streamline Consultancy Sdn. Bhd., he gained diverse professional experience across accounting, financial services, insurance, education, and FinTech. His career includes leadership in outsourced accounting teams, scaling a tuition business, advising on insurance solutions, and supporting digital finance operations. She holds a Bachelor of Education from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris.

Prior to this, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Olympex Sdn. Mr. Leong is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with an extensive background in asset management, banking, and private capital investments. He brings extensive experience across financial services, private equity, and strategic investments, with a strong track record in capital raising, portfolio management, and business financing.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) Electrical from Multimedia University, Malaysia.

He is currently serving as the managing director of SGI Capital Asset Management Limited, an asset management company licensed in Hong Kong, where he is involved in investment strategy, asset allocation, and regional capital deployment. In addition, he served as a general partner of LAS Capital, a Malaysia-licensed private equity fund focused on stable income investment strategies.

Mr. Leong has successfully raised and deployed more than RM500 million into technology and growth-oriented companies, including notable investments in Grab, Xiaomi, and WeDoctor. Beyond financial investments, he is also involved in real asset operations as a co-owner and part of the management team of The Bed KLCC Hotel, contributing to strategic and operational oversight.

Earlier in his career, he held managerial roles in leading financial institutions including Public Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad, and RHB Bank Berhad. In these positions, he advised property developers and corporate clients and was involved in the structuring and execution of substantial financing facilities. His experience in the banking sector provided him with strong capabilities in credit assessment, structured financing, and relationship management.

(c) DATO’ ISMAIL BIN SUUT, Malaysian

Dato’ Ismail is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 22 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industries. He is the Managing Director and Chairman of Prasarana Sempurna Sdn. Bhd., a company known for its expertise in civil construction. Under his leadership, the company has achieved Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Grade 7 and Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor dan Juruperunding (UPKJ) Class A certifications, allowing it to handle high-profile and large-scale projects. Dato’ Ismail has been instrumental in the company’s success, overseeing its expansion into logistics operations and commercial property development.

In addition to his role at Prasarana Sempurna, Dato’ Ismail is actively involved in other business ventures, including Fortune Infinity Sdn. Bhd. (property development), Sahabat Lestari Sdn. Bhd. (prawn farming), and Buraq Premium Sdn. Bhd. (transportation services). His leadership extends across multiple industries, reflecting his ability to drive growth and innovation.

Throughout his career, Dato’ Ismail has received several prestigious awards, including the Sarawak Bumiputera Successful Entrepreneurs Award and the Exemplary Bumiputera Contractor Award, which recognize his significant contributions to the development of Malaysia’s construction and business sectors.

(d) NG KOK WAH, Malaysian

Mr. Ng is a highly experienced financial professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in accounting, financial advisory, and capital market services. His areas of expertise include corporate finance, wealth management, and capital market transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and IPO on Bursa Malaysia.

He holds a Diploma in Accounting from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and has completed professional qualifications with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has been a registered Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2003. Additionally, he holds professional certifications as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.

Mr. Ng commenced his professional career in 1998 with an accounting firm and subsequently joined Morison Anuarul Azizan Chew & Co., where he served as an Audit Manager until 2004. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing and executing a broad spectrum of audit and advisory engagements for both public and private sector clients, including listed and non-listed entities across diverse industries such as timber, plantations, manufacturing, construction, banking, and insurance.

In 2004, he established KW Ng & Co., a non-audit firm registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, through which he has continued to provide professional advisory services. He is presently a Licensed Financial Adviser, holding a Capital Market Services Representative License (CMSRL) issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia pursuant to the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007.
